any recommendations for vegan running shoes?
and/or recommendations for grounding shoes, or shoes with something other than a rubber sole?

My mom calls me twinkle toes b/c I walk mostly on my toes. I am in the process of learning the proper way to walk. This post came right on time, thanks so much.

I love adidas shoes and socks with at least 80% cotton.

I love running! Also trail running is better. The trees keep you cool and working the trails keeps your muscles well toned.

Great interview. I don’t care about Danny’s collar so much, but it’s hard to hear him. In future videos, use a lapel mic or edit afterwards to boost the subject’s audio.

For someone with different sized feet (Right – 9, Left – 7) I LOVE the Brooks Mismatch program. Instead of paying full price for 2 pairs, you pay full price for one pair and only $30 more for the 2nd pair and I can get shoes that actually fit! I’d flopped around for years in shoes that fit my Right, but swallowed my Left. Brooks Mismatch . . check it out.

I run on midfoot but used to have sore ankles from it. I tried chi running after these two vids and I can feel the difference!
